Windows 10: After fresh Windows 11 some of apps from MS Store didnt work anymore

I have some problems with fresh installed Windows 11 Pro N.My mashine: CPU: 6x3.8GHz GPU: 2Gb RAM: 16GbAfter i ripe to try the new Windows 11 and 2 days ago i installed it, mostly i like it after many years used Windows 10, but when i try to install WhatsApp Desktop from Microsoft Store it wont open, its only flashes white window a few seconds and than close, even in task manager no proces, than about 10 minutes ago i install Speedtest from MS Store and get same issue.I triedto install runtimes, tried find some solution in Google, but get nothing, try many ways but nothing works, what ca

Method 1: RunWindows Store Apps troubleshooter

I suggest you to follow these steps and try to run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter and check if it fixes the issue:

• 
  Press Windows key + X on the keyboard.
  
• 
  Click on Control panel.
  
• 
  Type “Troubleshooting” without quotes in the Control panel search box.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshooting and click on View all.
  
• 
  Click on Windows Store Apps troubleshooter and follow the on-screen instructions.
  

Method 2: Uninstall and reinstall the app

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Fresh paint
app. Follow these steps:

  Right-click on the
  Fresh paint app and click
  Uninstall.
  
• 
  Open the Windows Store.
  
• 
  Search for Fresh paint app and click on
  Install.
  
•

Store crashes in window 10 : you'll need a new app to open this: ms-windows-store

I just added my wife, Melissa, as a new user account and now the Microsoft Store app is not even listed. When I click on adding an app from your Edge homepage it still shows the window:

You'll need a new app to open this ms-windows-store

I have already typed in the powershell commands suggested and restarted and its still not working. What is the next step? I am using a Dell XPS All In One that started with WIndows 8 - upgraded to 8.1 and then upgraded to WIndows 10.

Windows App store is not working..

Please follow the methods mentioned below:

Method 1:

I suggest that you reset the Windows Store cache as per the below mentioned steps and check:

• Press Windows key and R key together
  to open the Run Window.
• Type wsreset.exe and press Enter key for the command to execute.

Method 2:

You may try to run the in-built Windows Store app troubleshooter and check. Follow the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X..
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on Windows Store apps to run the troubleshooter.
