Windows 10: After fresh Windows install laptop runs slow and freezes.

I recently reinstalled Windows 10 on my older Dell Inspiron 7559 after a bad virus infection . It's a clean I stall . I got the drivers from the Dell website although they seem outdated , Windows says they are the best Now my laptop runs veryvery slow and freezes up which it never did before. I have ran DISM, CHKDSK and SCANNOW from CMD and no help. I don't know what else to do plz help I produce music and am at a stand still until it's back to normal. Ot won't run my production. Software at all. Thanks in advance.

Laptop running extremely slow after fresh install of windows 10?

I am running the latest drivers (I updated them via driver booster last night) and windows update says I'm running the latest version of windows. I've restarted my laptop several times and it doesn't seem to help. According to task manager, memory usage
rarely goes above 50%. As the hard drive was wiped, I have over 800 gigs free. I've disabled most of the programs I have on startup and malwarebytes reports nothing wrong with my system either. I've turned off onedrive sync and am currently running the sfc
command in cmd. I'll reply with the results of sfc but barring that, whats the next step?

Fresh windows install help.

Hi.
I have Samsung Series 7 NP7005ZA-S0AUS laptop pc. I decided to do a fresh windows install so I used a flash drive to re-install windows (I formatted the hard drive at the begnining of the installation). When the laptop booted first time in the installation process, I got a screen saying boot menu but it's empty. I clicked alt+ctl+de, the laptop restarts and gets me back to the same screen. I entered the bios and made sure the hd is on the top of the list and save/restarted but same issue. I tried loading bios default settings and that did not help either. I noticed in the boot menu that there are exclamation marks next to the HD and the SATA DVD drives, not sure what that means but they were not there before. I honestly think a bios update can do the trick but there is no way to upgrade the bios of a samsung laptop without Windows like my case so I am stuck.
Any help will be very much appreciated.
Notice: The hard drive has 8GB msata built in.
