Windows 10: After GPU update, my computer now freezes on boot up.

Hello, I am having an issue with my computer, since updating my GPU my computer. Currently it freezes on boot up and doesn’t make it through the windows loading screen. The only solution I have found is when booting up and the computer going into recovery mode, reverting the computer on system restore to a previous version without the driver update.Inspecting the computer the GPU fans are working. There was no previous issues before hand and no compatibility issues or power issues.I’m at a loss for finding any solutions and really hoping that you are able to help me.My computer specs are:AMD R

System freeze when downloading the updates.

• Does the system freezes during the time of update?
• Did you install any third party security application?
• Did you install any application or make any changes prior to the issue?

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to place the computer in a Clean boot state and check if you are able to perform the updates.

Unable to boot the computer.

  What is the make and model of your computer?
  

I suggest you check if you are able to boot into Windows Recovery Environment using installation media. Follow the steps provided below and check.

• • Insert the installation USB and boot Windows 10 from it.
  • In the ‘Windows setup’ page select the ‘language to install’, ‘Time and currency format’ and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and click on ‘next’.
  • Click on ‘Repair your computer’ and select ‘Troubleshoot’.

Check if you are able to boot to this window. If you are unable to boot to this window, I suggest you to contact the manufacturer and check.
