Windows 10: After H2 Update I woke up to a black screen with 4 blue windows and unusable NEW...

I woke up to a black screen with 4 blue windows... presume 2h update installed overnight and systrem won't come back up. Totally unresponsive.. repower does same thing. What now?

• When the screen was blank, were you able to see the cursor on the screen?
