Windows 10: After i boot from USB its turned off what cause this?

I recently change my motherboard to a new one i plug on everything and it turned on then i plug the usb boot device it says "press any key to boot from usb" i wait a bit and it didnt work i try re formating it downloading the iso again from another computer it didnt work it always ended up the same thing1.press any key to boot from USB2.it started to boot3.the machine turned offWhat should i do to install windows

No boot from USB

As Kyhi mentioned, If you're booting from a USB drive, it doesn't matter what you have on your laptop drive.
How are you pointing to boot from the USB drive, by BIOS priority or by boot menu during POST?
Follow these steps to open the Startup menu when the computer is powered off.

1. Turn on the computer.
2. Immediately press the Escape key repeatedly, about once every second, until the Startup Menu opens.
3. Select the EFI USB drive

PS.: You can only boot as UEFI if the OS is 64 bits. Is your Linux on the USB drive 64 bits version?
Is the USB drive formatted as Fat32?

 

Help with USB Boot Image

Yes, I checked the box and showed it the folder where I unzipped the USB Image file. And then it started formatting the USB memory. Then after it completed I copied the rest of the files from the zip file over to the memory stick. Then tried to boot computer to the USB device. After restarting I press F12 to enter the boot menu and select USB Device from the list and it reads the USB memory cause the green light flashes but I get the Non-system disk error message.

 

USB boot for bios update

Did the first step. It already doesn't work. Note the capacities and drive letters M:/N: The HP utility is about to format my raid-1 volume containing my 2 750gb drives. It thinks it's the usb stick. I can not select any other drives in the HP utility. My 512mb usb stick is U:.

Any other suggestions?
