Windows 10: After i cancelled my Game Pass Ultimate subscription my microsoft store and xbox app dont...

A week ago i cancelled my Game Pass Ultimate Subscription and now when i try to install something on the Windows Store or the Xbox App it doesn't let me. On the Xbox App it deleted all my apps i had on it. I already tried resetting and repairing both apps but they remain the same.

How do I cancel free xbox game pass ultimate, please?

I have a new computer that comes with free xbox game pass ultimate. I do not want this subscription. The pop up says my subscription (which I do not want and never asked for) continues automatically unless cancelled in Microsoft account. When I follow the link there is no option to cancel: only options are 'Join Now' or 'Learn more'. How do I cancel, this, please? I tried chat/support assistant but the answers did not help.

You may try signing in again and make sure that you log in with the correct Microsoft account. Maybe your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is currently subscribed to a free trial on a different account. Did you get any emails about the free trial for your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate? Usually, you will be contacted at the email address connected to the Microsoft account.

It will be better if you post a screenshot of the actual pop-up message notifying you about your free trial for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
