Windows 10: After I dropped my mouse, my scroll wheel has stopped working.

After I dropped my mouse on the floor twice in a row, the scroll wheel stopped working. It wont scroll up or down, and the only way i can scroll up/down in google is middle clicking and moving the cursor in those directions. Clicking also takes multiple tries for it to register now. How do i fix this, because I've deconstructed the mouse and tried to fix the problem, but it persists. This is also annoying for games where just scrolling down with the wheel is way easier to get through menus than searching for a bar on the side that may even have a chance of not being there.

Microsoft Modern Mouse (Bluetooth) Scroll Wheel not working.

the scroll wheel on my Microsoft Modern Mouse (Bluetooth) stopped working. I have done all troubleshooting steps: system updates, installed Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse Center, disconnected mouse and reconnected. Nothing has worked yet. Haven't yet tried
it on a different PC. Don't have another Microsoft PC. Have a MacBook, but not sure the mouse can work on that. Any suggestions?

How to disable changing drop-down list option by scrolling mouse wheel?

When I hover mouse on top of closed drop-down list and accidentally scrolls mouse wheel, it changes selection in that list.

It's annoying... It happens in system interfaces and in third party applications that uses Windows UI elements. How can I disable this feature?
