Windows 10: After I installed OneDrive / connected it to my Win 11 computer, my cellphone no longer...

I have Windows 11 on my desktop computer, and a Samsung A73 cellphone.Whenever I connected my Samsung with my computer through a USB cable, the phone appeared as another disk: I could click on folders and drag them to the C: or D: drives, to the Dropbox folder etc. There was no problem backing up photos, recordings, anything on the cellphone - to a folder of my choice on the desktop computer.I installed OneDrive on my Samsung, entered my Microsoft password, and then all the important files were uploaded to the OneDrive cloud from my cellphone. Windows 10 - OneDrive

Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.

If that is still insufficient, there is a batch uninstaller for OneDrive available online. I can copy the code here if you need it.

 

MyPhoneExplorer will not connect Android 12 cellphone (Bluetooth, USB)

I'm using MPE for a long time and it works fine with my old cellphone (Android 6). I'm using connection over Bluetooth and it works.

I have a new cellphone with Android 12 and trying to use Bluetooth or USB connections but neither one works.
New cellphone is connected to internet but do not suggest me to use WiFi as my desktop is on different Net than WiFi one, so I need a solution for Bluetooth or USB.

New cellphone has MPE client installed and it is running before I connect to USB or trying to use Bluetooth.
I have Developer mode enabled and File Fransfer in ON.




I can browse files on my cellphone from my PC.
MPE indicates that USB is connected.




However when I'm trying to access cellphone from MPE (add user) I'm getting this




When I'm turning on Bluetooth I can pair it with earbuds and hear music.
When I'm pairing it with my PC, it pairs and both cellphone and PC have pair stored.
When I'm asking to add a user it shows this



So MPE sees the cellphone.
However after I'm getting this

Hi @MisterEd, thank you for trying to help me, but it looks like you did not read my post closely.

I can pair my cellphone and my computer. Both sides showing it as paired. However connection is not stable (on and off) and MFE does not recognise it.

As well regular file transfer (Windows 10 to phone via Bluetooth) does not work as well.

At the same time my old cellphone (with Android 6) works fine (via both MPE and file transfer).

I’ve tried to connect my new one with some of my laptops that have Bluetooth and had got same result, it does not work.

So your step-by-step instructions are good, but I did it already and they did not help.

I did not try Wi-Fi as this option does not work for me but I’m sure it will work ( @Try3 ).

USB option as well does not help me.

I tried to follow your instructions precisely (“left this open”, etc.) but it did not give me any success.
I’ve found some notes about ADB drivers and installed Universal ADB pack, it changes some behaviour and messages, however it did not solve the problem and MPE still cannot find my cell via USB.

But I have some news and will post them soon.
