Windows 10: After I installed windows 11 latest dev channel and update my all drivers in my Dell...

I want to use latest dev channel of windows 11 in my Dell 3420 laptop. So I registered in latest Dev channel for windows and updated my laptop in it. After the successful updation of windows 11. I tried to update all drivers through windows update menu in Settings. When I get updates it's asking for restart my laptop. So I restart it but it's get stuck in black screen with Dell Logo. Not responding even after 4 hours . So tried again to restart with power button. After some time it's shut down with power button but when I again restart it, it's stuck at same position again. My laptop is dead f

Leaving Dev Channel

Release of 22H2 on Sep. doesn't help you to leave Dev channel since it will be build 22621 and current Dev channel build is 25188. You can't go backward in build numbers. Your only way out of Dev channel is clean install of released Windows version.

This is explained in release announcement of every new Dev channel build.

Build numbers are higher in the Dev Channel than the Windows 11 preview builds in the Beta and Release Preview Channels. You will not be able to switch from the Dev Channel to the Beta or Release Preview Channels without doing a clean install back to the released version of Windows 11 currently.

Can't leave Dev channel after clean install

Hello,

I'm having a heck of a time leaving the dev channel. I also can't install the latest update to the insider preview of windows 11 so I'm stuck.

- Did a complete clean install

- Auto installed windows 11

- followed the directions to get off of the dev channel (which recommends a clean install of windows)

- Still can't switch off dev channel. See included pic.
