Windows 10: After I performed an update it wont let me sign in. I have re-booted serveral times and...

I cannot sign into my new laptop after performing an update and shutdown etc..... Its saying my password or user name is incorrect. I have tried another password and its now saying - just a moment. The password I have entered is my gmail account password not the password I set up through the control panel security option. I now have a blank black screen with no apps - nothing at all.

PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:
PERFORM THESE STEPS before posting about POST/boot/no video problems! - Systems

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

If there are any links that you guys can point me to or suggestions that could help it would be highly appreciated. Thank you

 

Intermittent problems with TLS handshake and being timed out


Check DNS settings for both network adapters. Your Wifi might be set to use a different DNS server.

Option Two follow steps then pick a DNS server from the list in item 7. Personally I use CloudFlare DNS

EDIT: Reset router first as already suggested.
