HI all Microsoft Visual C++ are gone after i reset the PC i have vindows 10 home version 1903 (Build 18362.476) should i downloaded back? if so how i can download? apreciate some help any tip to do it/ thanks

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
