Windows 10: After I service my laptop, I need to wait two hours of my life waiting for the windows sign...

Hi,Recently, I performed some work on my dell laptop and when you unplug the battery from the motherboard, when you turn it on, the BIOS restarts a few times and then boots windows. What the annoying part is this happened to me before at random and I had to waste two hours of my life not getting stuff done. Now I need to wait two hours again because the BIOS restarted a few times after a service. That’s four hours and counting of my life wasted on this useless screen that will not allow me to login to my account. Is there any way to disable this time-wasting feature. I know it’s a security fea

I must join the list of users having difficulty with the Windows 10 'waiting for download, hassle. I have tried the suggested fixes but still have 19 updates waiting - all sitting on 0%. Would very much appreciate some assistance to get these updates to
