Windows 10: after i start up my pc, i get a windows script host error 8007002 , and i couldnt find a...

the windows script host error has this text:script: "C:\Users\my username\AppData\Local\Updates\Run.vbs"Line: 31Char: 1Error: the system cannt find the file specifiedCode: 8007002as for local security authority, i get the error from windows defender's Device secuirty segment. When i click go to settings, there isnt anything i can do about regarding the problem.

• Navigate to this key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows Script Host\Settings.
• On the right panel, double-click Enabled and change the
  Value data to 1.
• Save the changes and exit the Registry Editor.
