Windows 10: After installation of update KB5033375, I am no longer able to use a second external...

I have a fairly new Laptop, a Dell Vostro P117F, with Windows 11 Business installed, which I have been using for about 6 weeks. Until today, I have been using a pair of two identical Acer KG241Q external monitors, with one plugged into the Laptop's HDMI port, and the other plugged into the Laptop's only USB-C port, using a dongle that has 1 HDMI port /3x USB 3.0 ports/ Micro SD and SD Slots. This setup worked until the latest Windows Update KB5033375, and now i cannot get the laptop to recognize the second monitor that plugs into the USB-C port. I confirmed that both monitors, their HDMI cable

I can't install this update KB5033375 and it just gets stuck or doesn't work. I tried clearing the update cache but it still didn't work.
