Windows 10: After installation of update KB5033375, My LG 4K Monitor brightness gets very low

After installation of update KB5033375, My LG 4K Monitor brightness gets very low when it's display port version is 1.4.It's back to normal when I put the display version in monitor settings to 1.2 or turn the monitor off and on again.So I think the issue is refers to display port version and this update package.

How do I install new LG 4K Monitor drivers???

I followed the steps that many know of here:
Fix Generic PnP Monitor problem on Windows 10 (Solved)

HOWEVER, in Step 2, it doesn't say to use "Have Disk"..
And in my case, that's what I had to click in order for the proper .inf to be detected.
I then was able to choose between installing the LG DisplayPort or the LG HDMI.

Not sure why I have to pick one or the other.
It was also confusing that the driver details show a date of 2015, but the LG site shows a download update 2021, which contains the 3 files seen in my previous screenshot all dated 2017. Not sure why that is ?

Method 2: I suggest you to update the display drivers and check if the issue persists.

Steps to update the drivers for the Display Adapter.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter.
• Right on the Display Adapter and click on Update.
