Windows 10: After installation of Windows 10 version 1809 update Build 17763.1, Backup copy and...

Please, could be so kind, one qualified member of the Team for giving to my and to all the people that have the same problem and, that are not only a few, when this programming mistake/error will be fixed by MS and its specialist´s team. I have sent this message , looking for help from you, two times to explain which is the problem as written below ,and they both were no published ( Clarification: one time in spanish and the another in english):



To date, January 25, 2019 and from the beginning of October of 2018 when the update 1809 was installed in my PC is not possible to make an actualization of the Backup secure copy of such PC and, right now this is operating w/updates for W10 for x64 KB4476976 & KB4481031 downloaded a couple of days ago. When one tray to make the Backup, a warning appears saying “the backup can´t be made because the media is protected against writing error code 0x80070013. I've tried to fix it with he recommended procedure of Mr. Peter Frank Díaz of the community on January 15, 2019 but it was without any positive result, error 740 -a warning appears saying “High degree of Administrator is required with an active session console required”. Has can be seen on the community there is many people with the same problem so, please, could tell me and all the users when this Software mistake shall be fixes by MS -Windows Team and when will provide all of us with a patch or some other update with problem resolved. How you are aware this is a sensible subject because we are talking about the safe protection of the programs and users ‘information. I´ll be hoping your answer, Many thanks for your collaboration.


To date, february 06, 2019, I did not receive any news from you as, neither, the other people, so, I'll appreciate so much your answer about when, MS estimate, this issue will be fixed because is a serious and dangerous problem to keep safe the information in ours PCs.

installing windows 10 backup and restore later

1. Backup Vista
2. Upgrade Vista->Windows 7 -> Windows 10. Get activated.
3. Backup Windows 10.
4. Clean Install Windows 10. Make sure still activated
5. Backup a fresh copy of Windows 10
6. Restore

To perform step 4 i will need to have downloaded an iso and create a dvd or usb to boot from.....so will not this ISO be ok and the one you mention ?

 

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
