    Hi, I have problem. I have laptop Dell Inspiron 7520 CPU i7-3612QM Ivy Bridge, Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4000 and AMD Radeon HD 7730M; Chipset MH77, BIOS ver. A14. OS which was installed with buy laptop was Windows 7 Home Premium. I bought Windows 10 Pro. After installation OS, the fan constantly work on full rotation. CPU usage is 1-2%. In task manager are displayed information for AMD Radeon graphic only. I installed various verion drivers. From Dell websites, for dedicated laptop acc. to ServiceTAG or by windows update. This problem is on Windows 10 regardless of the version, on

    We would like to know the following information to assist you better regarding CPU fan issue.

    • Does the fan runs constantly fast or do you hear any noise?
    • Have you tried updating all the drivers of your computer?
    • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before posting this concern? If yes, what are those?
    • What is the memory/disk usage in task manager?

      You may check this by typing Task Manager in the search box
      and hit Enter. Check which application
      is taking more memory or disk usage.
