Windows 10: after installing my PC login screen loop

My computer wasn’t showing anything when I was opening up applications, so I decided to factory reset deleting everything and reset from the cloud. But after a full seven hours of downloading as soon as I get into the windows, login screen, I punch in my numbers and then it back to the windows login screen, and repeating cycle that I just can’t get past the login screen. I’ve looked up answers for a possible solution, which was the windows advanced start up screen I went to the windows start screen By clicking shift and then restart window. Windows 10 login screen loop

I have this same looping login screen problem. I ran SFC and found no violations. I still can't get into windows past the login screen. Selecting the lower left icon just loops back to the same picture screen. Multiple ctrl/alt/delete just loops. Repairing
Windows from a boot media didn't help either. Anyone have other suggestions?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

• Which screen are you referring to?
• Are you able to login to Desktop?
• Are you able to see the login screen?

The power icon referred in the steps is present at the login screen. If you are able to see the login screen where you enter the password to go to Desktop, then you need to follow those steps. These steps to be followed if you are able to reach to
login screen but unable to go to Desktop.
