Windows 10: After installing Office 365, user's main login PIN no longer working and cannot login to...

Writing this for one of my colleagues. We qualify for a discounted Office 365 non-profit license. My colleague did not have Word on her Windows 10 computer. I created an account for her on my onmicrosoft.com admin page which then created an institutional email address and a pw. There is also a single file download which allows 365 to be installed. Upon installing, her computer prompted her to change her main login PIN. She did so and ever since then she's not able to login to her computer at all after bootup. Is there some way for her to be able to reset her PIN to be able to login? We don't

Export list of user's login locations including a bing map of actual location (office 365 work or school / azure)

This is so that we can tell on a daily basics if someone is login in for outside of the area or country.

 

OSK PIN login on non-touch device

Hello,

I suggest you to create a PIN for your device and try the on screen keyboard to login to the same.

You may follow the steps below to create PIN protection for your device.

• 
  Go to Settings and select account.
  
• 
  Click on sign in option and Go to PIN option.
  
• 
  Now click on Add and set PIN for login.
  

You can use the same PIN to login to your device using the on screen Keyboard from ease of access option and verify the result.

Unable to login using The login PIN

Thank you for contacting Microsoft community.

I suggest you to follow the below steps to change the pin and check fi it helps.

• In the login page next to “PIN password option”.
• You will find “Other sign in options”, click on it will prompt you for regular password.
• Enter regular password and login to the computer.
• I suggest you to click on the Start Menu
  and select settings.
• Now select Accounts.
• Next select the tab Sign-in option.
• Under the “PIN tab” click on “ADD” option.
• It will prompt you for current pin password and new password, please provide
  new password then apply the changes, restart
  the computer and check if it works.
