Discus and support after installing the 20H2 update and then installing my nvidia latest drivers doesnt matter... in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; as in the title after i update the system to 20h2 the nvidia drivers crash it but works fine with on board graphics and amd cards??     I didn't mention that nVidia's driver search offers 456.71 for the GT730, as you post. I checked that first.

    I also checked the supported devices list.

    I recognize the inconsistency. That's why I qualified my post. I can't recall a specific example, but I'm fairly sure that the nVidia servers have offered drivers in the past that were no longer supported on old cards. I have no direct knowledge whether that may be true here.

    I'm unsure as to what drivers Windows Update provides for newer cards. I imagine they're newer than 388.13. That strongly suggests that the GT730 is not supported by recent drivers.

    I suggest that "bug67" try the older drivers. If those work, that would suggest that there is no hardware issue.

    If "bug67" wants the latest drivers, but the GT730 isn't supported, it may be possible to modify the installer to accept it. (Need a hobby?)

    What Drivers To Install

    Even though I purchased Windows 7 about two weeks ago, I have not installed it yet. I just want to make sure I install all of the correct things. So, I should have to install
    • latest Intel Chipset Driver
    • latest Intel Matrix Storage Manager (is this the only RAID thing I have to install?)
    • latest Soundmax ADI Audio Driver
    • latest Marvell Yukon Gigabit Ethernet Driver
    • latest Marvell SATA driver
    • latest ATI CCC and Driver
    • Windows 7 should install the hyperthreading driver by itself right? Vista did.

    Read my guide, goes step buy step for nvidia driver install. Though I use a different driver cause I got 8 series, same method of installation
