Windows 10: After installing the 24H2 version of windows 11, PC keeps constantly rebooting/ freezing....

I tried disabling hypervisor and it did not fix it. The issue happens randomly, and this is the only error that happens at the same time as the crash in event viewer.Is there a fix?This is the error: The l1vhlwf service failed to start due to the following error: A hypervisor feature is not available to the user.

Availability of Windows 11 Version 24H2 Build 26100.863 on All PCs

The page says:

Windows 11, version 24H2 is only available for Copilot+ PCs devices. Unless your pc has copilot+ installed then you’ll not see the update.

As stated 24H2 has not been released to the general public but to insiders only. The update is available to all insiders on 24H2 providing their pc has copilot+.

Trying to download and install Windows 11, version 24H2 from windows update give error code:
