Windows 10: After installing windows 10 again one of the drives is very very slow

I did a new installation of windows 10 from a usb disk on key.
For some reason it messed my partition/s and hard disks.

I had before the drives C: D: E: now i have C: D: G:
D: was C: and C: was E:

Now the drive G: is not working almost at all. When i click on folders to enter into folders on G: it's taking sometimes 10 seconds to enter a folder. When i'm using the software MiniTool Partition Wizard and did test Surface Test on G: the estimate time is over 105 hours !!! This is not real.





I have some data some software and stuff i need to backup first before i can format or delete any partition.
The problem is that it's taking forever to make a simple copy from G: to D:

Maybe there is a way to fix or get the data somehow faster from the hard drive before deleting/formating anything ?

I did error checking on G: no errors found.

 

I suggest you
a. Download and install Hard Disk Sentinel (trial) and post its report for each of your disks.
b. Try running
chkdsk G: /scan

If that will take a very long time, then try getting Kyhi's boot disk from the top of the Software and Apps section here, identify which is now your drive G: (the letter will likely be different) and then run
chkdsk X: /scan
where X is the drive letter for your present drive G

You can try copying a file to itself on this drive, and viewing the transfer rate using task manager, Performance tab.

If performance is still slow, consider accessing the disk as an external disk e.g. via a USB connection.

System partitions
Your disks are MBR, so I'd expect 2 Windows partitions. These really should be on the same disk.

Your System Reserved partition is on Disk 2; you say ( I think) what is now D: is Windows (no labels) and is on Disk 3. So those two partitions are on different disks.
