Windows 10: After installing Windows 11 my printer won't connect to the laptop.

I was on the phone with Canon for 40 min and he said that the printer is ready to be connected wirelessly to the laptop but it is being blocked by something. After I told him that I just installed Windows 11 he said that it is the problem. I am going to try to connect it wired but I don't think that is going to work either.I need this printer asap! Please help. Jody

• The name of the OEM + “contact information”
• The name of the OEM + “PC support”
