Windows 10: After installing Windows 11 no microphone

After installing the Windows 11 version, I have no internal microphone now on my ASUS Zenbook 14" laptop. I go to Device manager and under audio inputs and outputs. Only the outputs are showing. Iel. Acer K272HL IntelR Display Audio and my TaoTronics TT-SK025 Bluetooth speaker that shows up as Headphones.There is no internal microphone displayed. What happened and how can I get my microphone back so I can use Zoom sessions/Team sessions etc.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps

Method 1: I suggest you to set microphone as default device and check.

• 
  Right click on the volume icon in the system tray and then click "Recording devices"
  
• 
  Right click on the blank space in the popped up window and then select "Show Disabled Devices" and "Show Disconnected Devices".
  
• 
  Right click on Microphone and then click "Enable".
  
• 
  Highlight the microphone and then choose "Set as Default Device".
  
• 
  Click Apply and OK.
  

Step 2: Make sure that the Microphone is not disabled.

  Make sure that the Microphone is not disabled. Follow the steps given to check that:
  
• 
  Right click on the volume icon and select “Recording devices”.
  
• 
  Now, Right Click on an empty space and select, “Show disconnected devices” and “Show disabled devices”.
  
• 
  Make sure that the Microphone is not disabled.
  

And also update the audio drivers from the manufacturer web site and install.

• Type “Troubleshooter” in the search box and press Enter.
• Click on ‘View All’ on the top left corner.
• Click on “Recording Audio” from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.
