- Unable to open apps eg: chrome, outlook, word, teams, adobe, vlc and more after Installing Windows KB5044273 security update - I search for the task manager application but it failed to open with error 0xc0000142, to open it i had to use the shortcut CTRL+SHIFT-ESC, Error screenshot attached- I try to open the Explorer from task manager but it failed with the same error 0xc0000142- All applications pinned on the taskbar fail to open with no error- I try to file explorer from the path C:\windows\explorer.exe but it failed with the same error 0xc0000142, application unable to startThe issue
