Windows 10: After KB5031041 install I'm unable to start MySQL anymore

Hi All,After installing update KB5031041 I can't start MySQL. This is a .NET update. First I installed update KB5030300 and MySQL started fine after the reboot. Then I installed the .NET update and MySQL has not started since. I've shutdown/rebooted over 30 timesIs it safe to uninstall the .NET update only? Or should I uninstall both updates?Once the computer is booted anything I try with MySQL from the command line results in a timeout error.Thank you for any and all help,Charles

How to completely uninstall MySQL?

Which version of Windows is installed on your device?

to provide the details.

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to uninstall MySQL from the device.

Step 1

Uninstall MySQL from Control Panel. To do so,

Go to Control Panel >Programs and Features > Select
MySQL > Click on Uninstall.

After you have uninstalled MySQL through Add/Remove programs, you now need to remove the existing database information which includes your actual data. If you need any of that data, be sure to back it up. Next you can delete
the data directory.

Step 2

Run Command Prompt as Administrator and execute the following command to stop and remove MySQL service.

Net stop MySQL

Sc delete MySQL

Step 3

1. Click on Start, type in Show hidden files and folders.
   
2. Select the View tab and select
   Show hidden files and folders.
   
3. Now explore the following locations and delete following folders.
   
   C:\Program Files\MySQL
   
   C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL
   
   C:\ProgramData\MySQL
   
   And if exists, delete the folder from the location.
   
   C:\Users\[User-Name]\AppData\Roaming\MySQL
   
4. Restart your device and check the status.

MySQL installation issue

After following above steps then also same error is coming while installing MySQL.

 

unable to install windows on M.2

Hello
i have m.2 960 evo installed on Gigabyte z270-Ultra Gaming
so i did the AHCI thingy from the bios
and it detect the m.2
but when i try to install windows
it reachs to the page where i should make partition and start installing
it says u unable to install windows on this partition and i should enable m.2 from bios
tried the UEFI and legacy
nothing happend
so what is the solution here
