Windows 10: After latest Novenmber updates PC posts but will not Boot into Windows 11

So the PC in question has been stable across multiple windows updates and vendor Asus firmware updates over 3 years no issues. On Nov 17th 2024 I did a scan for updates and installed the latest Win24H2 updates. PC posted ok but stalled with an Asus Q-code error A9 "Setup Start" which usually indicates POST is complete and control is passing to Windows. I cannot get into Windows at all. If I try to enter windows safemode from boot by holding down the F11 key while powering on the PC I get a blue screen message to the effect that a file in c:\windows\system\winload.efi is missing or has becom

PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:
"No POST", "system won't boot", and "no video output" troubleshooting checklist

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

Method 1: Run System Maintenance Troubleshooter

Follow the steps given below:

  System Maintenance.

  Click on Next to perform the System Maintenance troubleshooter and follow the steps.
  

Method 2: I suggest you to update storage controller drivers.

• Install the latest storage controller driver.
• Go to Device Manager > Storage Controllers, right clicked on the listed drivers and select
  Update.

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.
