Windows 10: After latest Windows 10 update, Toshiba Satellite WiFi adapter will not turn on.

I have a Toshiba Satellite E45DW-CA4210 running Windows 10 64-bit that received Windows updates a couple of days ago. Since that time, the WiFi adapter shows turned off. There is no switch on this laptop for WiFi. The F12 key, which has the symbol on it, does nothing. Turning on the toggle switch in the settings just bounces it back off. Device manager shows it its working, I have updated the drivers from Toshiba website and still have no WiFi capability. Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know how to get into safe mode on a toshiba satellite. Black/blue screen with solid cursor after creator update fail. F8 is disabled by default in windows 10, so please do not suggest anything that requires win 10 to be working.

Windows 10 does not load on startup, no Toshiba logo, just a looping black screen/blue screen with cursor. And the bios is on slow boot.

I suggest you to try the steps below and check if it helps.

• Try a different network adapter/connection type if possible.
• Check for Windows Updates.
• Check for drivers for the network adapter.
• Open a CMD window as Administrator:
  • dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  • sfc /scannow
  • netsh winsock reset

Restart the computer and check.

Also try to restart the DNS service.

  Run.

  Type services.msc. Click on
  Ok.
  
• 
  Then find DNS client. Right-click on it to
  Stop it and Restart it.
