Windows 10: After login in my screen gets gets black and I can only see my cursor

    After login in my screen gets gets black and I can only see my cursor


    So this is my school computer and lately it has been having lots of issues like when I log in I can see windows and use my computer but after a while it shuts down and I can only use it properly if its charging, also the battery doesn't last much, only like 40 minutes so its no surprise that today when I started my computer I could log in and put my pass but then my screen got black and it only shows my cursor. Also lately I've been questioning if my computer has a malware, because once I was going to uninstall a software and I saw that I had a software called "altruistic software" so I searc

    Black screen no cursor or login

    My Samsung laptop is technically switched on in the sense that it has power, however when I switch it on there is no login screen, no screen with the samsung logo, and no cursor. No matter how many buttons I press or how often I switch it on and off, it remains the same - black, power but nothing else. Any advice?

    I am in Windows 10 14393.2046 Build and during Boot I am Experiencing Black screen with a cursor and spinning circle ,having updated my Graphics Card Drivers Up to Date and Windows 10 1607 Cumulative Updates too.Since i didnt have any startup issues in
