Windows 10: After login into windows 11 the Microsoft sign in page went blank

After I start my computer and safely pass the login screen and successfully land on desktop everything is functional but after a few second the window that usually tell me to login into microsoft account just went blank, by blank I mean just a window without any press able things beside input indicater, accessibility, and volume. The worst thing is this thing blocks me access any other features, I can do ctrl alt delete to open taskmanager but the login window just blocks my whole desktop. I still finding ways to solve this hope I can get some help here.

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

Step 1:

I suggest you to try signing in to account.live.com on another device and verify the account is in a good state.

Step 2:

Login in to another user account and try logging in to Windows Store and check.

If the issue still persist, I suggest you to perform an automatic repair on your computer and check if it helps.

If you need an installation media, I suggest you to download and create the installation media using the follow Microsoft link, which contains the Windows 10 ISO file.

Method 1: Automatic Repair.

• • Insert the installation USB and boot Windows 10 from it.
  • In the ‘Windows setup’ page select the ‘language to install’, ‘Time and currency format’ and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and click on ‘next’.
  • Click on ‘Repair your computer’ and select ‘Troubleshoot’.
  • Click on ‘Advanced options’ and select ‘Automatic Repair’ and select the operating system.

Login with Microsoft account encountered blank page

I have paid account of Microsoft soft and when I go to login to feather client it shows a white blank page and I can't even login there what can I do ? Pls give a solution

Let us try to create a new user account with different Microsoft account and check if the issue persist.

If you have already logged in with a Microsoft account, I suggest you to covert that Microsoft account into local account. Later login using newly created local account to create a different Microsoft account.



Step 1: To convert the account, you can do the following:

• Sign in to your Microsoft account on Windows 10.
• Click Start and then PC settings.
• Click Users and accounts and under Your Profile click Disconnect on the right of the screen.
• Enter your Microsoft account's password, and click on Next.
• Type in a Username, Password, and Password Hint that you want set for your Local account and click
  Next. Click on Sign out and Finish button.
