Windows 10: After Memory Management BSOD, WIndows Now Stuck in Automatic Repair

Today when trying to boot my PC, it immediately made the Memory Management bluescreen. I waited for it to be over and tried to boot again and Windows went into Automatic Repair and will no longer go to Windows even after restarting. It always fails to boot.

I have had this bluescreen in the past. Every time it happened it happened immediately when booting into Windows, and has never occurred after booting into Windows partially, after being in Windows, or when the RAM is being completely used on Windows. It never has caused me to be unable to boot until today

I have SK Hynix SODIMM 2 x 8 GB. I am using an ASUS G20CB.

I can't get into Windows, so I do not know my version number, my apologies
PS: I tried to get the dmp I hope I got it, I can't access Windows to use the V2 collector so I just copied it out of Minidump

BSOD Memory Management results in automatic repair loop

Memory management BSOD resulted in laptop rebooting. Since then, I am stuck in an automatic repair loop.

I canot get Win10 to run, only access to the Recovery Environment:

• I have tried to roll back to a previous restore point, but this failed and will no longer work.
• Start-up repair continues the automatic repair loop....
• Start-up settings doesn't alter the startup options regardless of which I select.
• Memory tests appear ok, however from what I can determine using the cmd prompt, there is a problem with the system finding the Win10 OS correctly (bootrec /scanos)
• SFC & DISM/online fail to function.
• Chkdsk seems ok.

Does anyone have a pointers as to what to try next?
