Windows 10: After multiple attempts and a month of good performance, my PC has started crashing again.

Seems like I'm back on this form back and forth like a Yoyo at this point.Regardless, to keep it brief my PC was crashing before while gaming and I asked for help in my previous listing. I thought I had managed to fix it asRestricting my fps to 125 instead of 300 uncapped solved it for that particular game and I've went a month with no issue, the crash would consist of either screen freeze but continued audio or black screen with audio Before the pc restarts itself.Now after trying to play some others games with friends, which are relatively low requirements and workload compared to the game

PC Crashing for the Past Month

My PC has been crashing for the last month due to the following error code: 0x00000116.

When I play Valorant, my whole PC suddenly freezes. The audio starts lagging, both monitors go black, and then my PC restarts. It should be noted that this problem occurs both in Windows 10 and Windows 11.

I checked the minidump file and identified these three sources of the problem: dxgkrnl.sys, ntoskrnl.exe, and nvlddmkm.sys. This issue only occurs while playing Valorant, and it has become such a significant problem for me that I’ve tried everything I can to fix it.

Here are the steps I’ve already taken:

1. Reinstalled my graphics drivers.
   
2. Uninstalled all graphics drivers using DDU and then reinstalled them.
   
3. Rolled back to older graphics drivers.
   
4. Updated my BIOS.
   
5. Reinstalled Windows 10 while keeping the apps.
   
6. Performed a clean install of Windows 10.
   
7. Performed a clean install of Windows 11.
   
8. Reinstalled Valorant.
   

There may be additional steps I’ve tried that I can't recall at the moment, but these are the main ones.

This issue has been incredibly frustrating and is severely limiting my ability to use my PC. I'm truly at my wit's end.

Now, to be able to understand the issue better, let us know a few more details on the below questions.

• What is the make and model of the PC you are referring to?
• What was the host operating system installed in your PC? If you performed Windows 10 upgrade, was it via Media Creation Tool or through Windows update?
• Did you make any recent hardware/software changes to the computer, prior to the issue?
• Did you notice if Windows is trying to configure any settings before failing or crashing out?
• Do you receive any error messages in the subsequent restart after Windows fails to load at the first instance?
• Are you able to start the computer normally in Safe Mode with Networking?
  
  (This is a diagnostic step towards identifying and isolating any particular cause to the issue.)

If you are able to boot the computer normally, I suggest you to check for particular event IDs in the Event Viewer which can help us to ascertain the cause of the issue.
