    After my computer updated 01/11/24 Win 11 Pro, the hourglass blinks on and off next to my arrow cursor, like a double-tap every second. Driving me nuts. Any suggestions? No error message. I checked task manager, but there is so much stuff running, I can't tell what this might be a result of. Also running McAfee from AT&T versions available if needed. 22621.3007 is the OS build This is a Dell Latitude 9510

    Updating Win 11 to pro from a disabled PC

    It was bought separately as Win 7 and then updated to 10. If I go back to Win 10 OEM, could I update that to pro and then upgrade to Win 11? They are both listed in my Microsoft account.

    Downgrading Win 11 Pro to Win 10 Pro Possible?

    As you once had Win 11 on your computer, you have acquired a "Digital License" for Win 10 or Win 11 Pro so it must be Win 11 PRO to Win 10 PRO. There is an option to buy the same computer with Win 10 Pro that you can install Win 11 Pro anytime
