Windows 10: After new installation of my new windows 11 pro, have a problem with the voice and the Network

I have installed my new windows 11 pro from Microsoft Website and as I have started my device, I noticed that I have no voice and cannot connect with Internet. Have a Problem with the Network.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows 11 Home fails to download new English voices

Trying to change the robot voice in Windows 11 Home from a US voice to an Irish voice. That fails.

Tried these fixes from Windows Help to no avail:

Step 0: Add new voice, close all apps, reboot Windows. No joy.

Step 1. Go to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download.

Step 2. Delete all files and sub-folders within the Download folder.

Step 3. Go back to the language pack page and try downloading again, and then set it as default. No go.

Step 4: Restart the Windows Update services by Windows key + R, then type in services.msc and press Enter. In the Services window, locate Windows Update and right-click on it and select Restart. No new voice.
