Windows 10: After opening an app and clicking in the app nothing happens except I get a beep

I am using windows 11 Pro. I have an Epson RC+ robot app that use to work. Now when I open the app it opens at the bottom of my screen with only part of the app showing on the screen. When I click on the app it does not respond but I get a beep every time I left click my mouse in the APP. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no change. I have talked to Epson tech support and they tell me it is a windows issue.

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Single-click or double-click?

As the title says, do you single-click or double-click on your shortcuts to open your apps?

I'm a fan of single-click, the only downside is that often when I click on a message in de list of my mails in Outlook it can open the mail in a window...
Not always but besides that, single-click works best for me.
