Windows 10: After Opera update. opera no longer reaches sites- ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED

HiBeen using Opera for over 10 years and using a Win 10 64 system.logged into Operate today to find its somehow updated to a fresh new version with new blue colours and the about page says "Opera One" now with new functions.i cannot determine how long i have Opera One. thought i just had Opera.Anyhow all other browsers still work except my main one - Opera.when open Opera and all my open tabs. none connect to the sites or any saved sites. I get ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED on each page,.I use zone alarm firewall and AV.I turned this off and still opera wont work. used windows defender inste

Edit: just perfomed Opera Update and it offers me version 11 FINAL yooohooooo!

Opera 12 came out and I'm not sure if I should wait for the Nokia Store to push the update to my n8 phone our if I should go to the Opera site and download directly?
