Windows 10: After pasting files, some don't show up unless I refresh.

Hello,I just started to use Windows 11 after getting a new PC, now I'm having an issue I never had before, while working I was copying 6 files from a folder to another.Right after the copy/paste, only 4 out of 6 files appeared on the folder.So I went back to the 1st folder, copied the seemingly missing files, back to the folder where I wanted to paste and suddenly realize they were there all along... Tried again and simply refreshed with F5, some may argue it isn't much of an issue since while it seems the copy/paste didn't work, the real problem is files are invisible unless I refresh the pag

Apps don´t allow 240Hz refresh rate

System is set to 240Hz every game is fine with it too, but I open shotcut or DaVinci resolve, or any installed program and it´s really laggy. I have high end PC it seems that
apps don´t allow the same refresh rate as I have on everything else. They seem to be stuck at 60. Chrome works in 240 perfectly, please can you help me ?

Use the paste you brought. Also I would have suggest artic x4 unless yours is better but yes use yours.

Actually check the temp with the factory standard factory paste first and list the temps

 

Windows 7 Snipping Tool / (Screen Shots-Capture)

1. In the Control Panel > Folder Options > View Tab first check ( tick ) the Show hidden files, folders and Drives and then Apply.
2. Now navigate to C:\ Program Data \ Microsoft \ Windows \ Start Menu \ Program.
   
3. Inside this Program folder , you will find the 'Accessories' folder.
4. Drag and drop the Accessories Folder on your Start Menu or All programs.

If all works again i suggest to go back to Step 1 and re-select Don`t show hidden files. folders and Drives then Apply. so you don`t accidentally delete some of these.
