    After recent updates MYOB Just invoices v1.2 will not work


    Hi, I have been using a program called just Invoices for my business for approx 14 years, after a recent windows 10 update the program has stopped working and will not not load. The blue swirl icon spins as usual and then the program wont load. Everything else is working fine.I have have tried running the program on a desk top that went through the same update and it also will not load.I have attempted to use a restore point but that did not work , i have uninstalled and reinstalled MYOB Just Invoices - no luck with that either.The updates were KB5034763 and KB5034441I am using Windows 1

    Please provide us with the additional information to understand the issue and assist you better:

    • What exactly do you mean by: MYOB version 2014.4?
    • What is the exact issue that you are facing with printing?
    • Also, what exactly do you mean by: personalised form for invoice?

    I suggest you to install all the pending updates after upgrade to Windows 10.

    Steps:

    • Connect to the internet.
    • Press Windows key and type updates.
    • Click on Check for updates.
    • Under Windows Updates, click on Check for updates.
    • Try to install the updates being soon.
    Also, visit the computer manufacturer website and install the drivers being found and check if it helps.

    Lyndallg,

    Have you seen the post by LE1603 titled "App Blocked by administrator".

    It's listed 5 posts after yours in the list for Windows 10, Security and Privacy selection.

    It has a couple of fix suggestions, one by LeahChapman worked for me as a temporary measure.

    It involves turning off an element of windows security in the registry, but it got me into MYOB.

    Since upgrading to Win 10 I seem to have lost my personalised form for invoice etc. printing. MYOB version 2014.4....
