Windows 10: After reinstalling windows I keep getting error code 0xc000002 when trying to reactivate...

After getting a large portion of my computer corrupted by a previous windows update, I had to reinstall windows. After doing so, Windows will now not activate, giving me the error code 0xc000002. After doing some research, I found the software protection service and tried starting it. Even after starting services as an administrator, it keeps giving me Error 5: Access is denied. I have already done the DCIM restore check, scan, and restore, yet these errors still persist. I do not know what else to do. If anyone could help me out with this, that would be amazing.

Possibly there can be the problem with Microsoft activation Server, so your Windows 10 is not activated. In this scenario, you need to wait and verify if it is the issue from Microsoft’s side. But if you are getting error code 0x803f7001, you can also try these steps:

1. Open Settings app. Then go to Update and security > Activation screen > Change product.
2. Type your Windows edition product key and click Next.
3. You’ll get We couldn’t activate Windows error message.
4. Retry steps 1-3 then type your 25-characters unique product key.
5. Wait for the process to complete, Windows 10 is activated.

Getting Error Code 0xC0EA00A after bios update

Hi,

I cant reactivate my windows 10 license after bios update. Getting this error:

" It looks like the hardware on this device has changed. Make sure you're connected to the internet and try again later. Error Code: 0xC0EA00A "

I tried the troubleshoot option and my current desktop is not on the list of machines available for reactivation. On my microsoft account I see the machine im trying to reactivate its not on the trouble shoot list. I sure I connected the same accounts.
