Windows 10: After reinstalling windows my audio just suddenly got **** up??

So basically I usually reinstalling windows after my computer feels slow. Usually the reinstallation goes well and nothing goes wrong, but for some reason this installation just totally messed up. I checked device manager and saw that alot of drivers just straight up don’t work, and also the audio said that it didn’t work too. After that I tried updating the audio driver but that didn’t work, tried uninstalling it than resintalling it with legacy thingy on the device manager but that also did not work, it gave me an error but I don’t really renember what it said, it was like with my files or s

• What is the exactly issue you are facing with audio and how exactly are you trying to access it?
• What exactly do you mean by: Have windows 10, and suddenly my audio stopped?
• Have you made any changes to the operating system, prior to this issue?

I suggest you to install all the pending updates and audio drivers and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to update the audio drivers from Device Manager and check.

Steps:

• 
  Right click on the Start
  button from the desktop and select Device Manager.
  
• 
  Expand Audio inputs and outputs, right click on
  High Definition Audio Device and click on Update driver software.
  
• 
  Also, try to search for the drivers with the help of model number of your computer from the Manufacturer’s website and install them.
  

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates after upgrade to Windows 10.

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

No audio device is installed (How to fix?)

Since you uninstalled the Intel Display audio and you no longer have audio, that suggests you are using HDMI (??) If this is the case then the Realtek is not being used and not causing your problem.

First step as mentioned is to reinstall the Intel Display Audio.

 

Can not record audio.
