Windows 10: After removing the language from the parameters, it returns

Hello, I ran into the following problem: When I first set up my computer, I accidentally chose two English layouts: US and British. When I realized the mistake, I deleted the British one, but it started to appear spontaneously again, but only as a phantom without appearing in the settings and even in PowerShell. In order to remove it, you have to install it again in "Language and Region" and remove it again. After that it disappears, but only for 1 - 2 reboots and comes back again and not immediately after powering on, but after some time. I assume that it somehow installs in the backg

To remove the Croatian language in Windows 10, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Open the Settings app, select Time & Language, and click
  Region & Language.
• Under Add a language, select English, and click
  Set as default.
• Select the Croatian language and click Remove.
