Windows 10: After repair I can't login

Hi! I have always logged in to my laptop with pin or preferred fingerprint scan. I don't remember to have ever logged in with password. I had hardware issues and sent my laptop for repair. Got it back and I can't log in with neither pin nor fingerprint. All it wants is password. I've tried all my passwords I have ever used and it does not accept. My computer is just now 1 years old and I know it has Windows 11. The password logo is a key and what I've understood from the net is that it means it's a domain password it wants. Resolving login issues

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Are you able to follow them?
