After replacing Windows 10 hard drive with SSD, can't boot using Windows Boot Manager

One of my clients has an Acer Aspire XC-750 desktop computer. I replaced the hard drive with an SSD and restored a True Image backup. I was having some issues with the True Image boot disk being able to restore, so I first created the partitions manually, then used TI to restore to them.

I'm not sure about the 16MB Microsoft Reserved partition since I created it in GParted. I left it unformatted but I'm not sure if it needs a specific ID or attributes. I used DiskPart to set the attributes on the recovery partition. In DiskPart, a "list volume" shows my Windows partition as drive C: as it should. Nothing else has a drive letter on that drive.

Bottom line is that when trying to boot using the Windows Boot Loader entry in UEFI, it comes up with the screen saying my Windows needs repair and error 0xc000000e.

I've booted using a Windows DVD and went to a command prompt. Running "bootrec /scanos" comes back finding 0 Windows installations.. I've run:

    bootrec /fixmbr

    bootrec /fixboot

    bootrec /rebuildbcd.

    I've also done a "bcdboot c:\windows /s c:"

In the system BIOS in the boot section, I see 3 entries for the Windows Boot Loader, but they all give me the error I described above. However, if I choose the entry for the UEFI hard drive itself, Windows boots normally, so it's a workaround, but I would like to get the boot loader working again. I believe that's what it should be booting. Am I correct about that?

I kind of wish I could clear the Windows boot loader entries from the UEFI and have it recreate it. Is there a way to do that?

    So 3 questions:

1 Do I need to do anything extra with the MS Reserved area like setting an ID or attributes? It's already showing as hidden.

2 What can I try to fix the Windows boot loader entries so they actually boot Windows?

3 How does one usually clear the UEFI entries and rebuild them?

    :)
