Windows 10: after resetting power director been deleted, microsoft store didnt produce the old one

since my computer had trouble ,im reset it, the cyberlink power director which i buy before automatic been deleted, but the window had build in power director 14, but not the one im buy, bec cannot editing just for displaying, i go to microsoft store but there is only new version now 21, i forget if my cyberlink is 14 or 18 version, please help me how to reistall it again. thank you

Director 13 compatibility with Windows 10.

However, Windows 10 has the feature of Compatibility mode
to allow software to work with the computer's newer hardware or software.

Follow the steps below on how to install software in compatibility mode:

1. Download the software from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

2. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select "Properties".

3. Select "Compatibility" Tab.

4. Place a check mark next to "Run this program in Compatibility mode" and select operating system from the drop

down list.

5. Let the software install and then check the functionality.

Windows Store Reset

Why did you delete them?

It wasn't working for me, set up as live tile but not updating the picture. I then went to featured app in the store as you suggested, then ran wsreset and it started working.

Was that your steps? I did read them but I forgot what they are now and I seem to have only done 2 steps.

 

Microsoft Store won't open. OneNote reverted back to old icon and I want the new one, not the old ugly OneNote.

It is very unusual that Microsoft Store doesn’t open when clicked on the icon. We would suggest you to try the steps mentioned below and see if that helps:



Method 1: Reset Store



You can try resetting Store and see if that works. Refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows key + R, to open Run dialog box.
   
2. Type wsreset and click on OK. A command prompt window will open and reset Store, after this Store will be relaunched automatically.
   

Method 2: Re-register Store



If resetting Store doesn’t help, we can try re-registering Store and check. Refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows + X keys together and click on
   Windows PowerShell (Admin).
   
2. Now paste the following command and hit Enter:
   Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
   
3. Restart the PC.
   

Method 3: New User account



If resetting and re-registering Store doesn’t work, we would suggest you to try creating a new user account and see if the issue persist. Kindly,
