Windows 10: After resetting windows 10 I get a black background and cant do anything on the tool bar

I have reset it again with the same problem. The error i get is "C:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is unavailable if the location is on this PC make sure that the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure that youre connected to the network or internet then try again. If the location still cant be found it might have been moved or deleted" any help appreciated <3
