Windows 10: After resetting Windows 10 I get a black screen

Hi all, hope you can help.


I have windows 10 on an all in one Lenovo computer.


Today I have performed a reset on my computer to take it back to the factory settings.


After resetting successfully I now have a problem.


The computer turns on and straight away I get the Lenovo logo and that is it, nothing else happens.


I read to unplug any USB connected to the PC ,one being the dongle for my wireless mouse and keyboard.


With that unplugged it does progress things forward.

I get the Lenovo logo straight away, then a screen displaying the credentials and details of the computer I.e:


BIOS date: .....

Main processor: ....

SATA 1: .....

SATA 2: ....


Then I get the black screen. Totally black with no cursor or loading wheel. The computer doesn't sound like its progressing or trying to load anything.


There we have it...


Your help would be amazing.


Couple of things to note:

After I have done some reading up I have unplugged the wifi.


Also by taking the keyboard dongle out to get passed the logo I now have no keyboard to press f5 or any other key shortcut.


Also to add in. I have no installation disk or boot up disk.


And probably not relevant but after I get passed the logo and before the system information screen the computer beeps twice

• When you say that "reset my computer back to factory settings", are you referring that you have tried to perform rolling back to previous Operating System or performed Reset of Windows 10?
  
• Are you able to see Windows 10 logo when you switch on the computer?

• When you say that "it needs more time or it stuck somehow", what is the current status of the issue? Is the computer still stuck at black screen or in process of resetting the computer?

If the computer in process of resetting, then I suggest you to wait for some time.
