Windows 10: After restarting pc Sea Of Theives in no longer showing in the download library

but it still takes up the storage space in my pc how to make it show up? im really freaked out plus heres a screenshot of it it should be showing up in the install above but its not plus i was having 165 gb of free space before and now its taking up it without me being able to finish the download

Sea of Theives Crashing on launch

When I open Sea of Thieves, it just shows the screen with the skull and "sea of thieves", then just closes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting the computer. Sometimes I get the
error code 0x803F8001 I recently got a new pc.

Sorry for the delayed response. We identified this issue regards downloading Sea of Thieves from Windows Store App and we still working on it to fix the problem. As a workaround, we suggest following the steps below:

• Cancel all existing download on the Store app.
• Start the download of Sea of Thieves once again.
• As soon as the download starts, immediately restart the computer.
  
• After the reboot, do not launch the Store app instead wait for the passive download which you can check in the Action Center. Then it will automatically install by itself and then open the game without any issues.

This workaround worked for me first time of trying it. I had the same issue as the OP.
