This is the second endpoint we've had fall into this state in the last couple of weeks. We gave-up and re-imaged the first one, which is now synching again, but who knows for how long. This time, I am determined to get to the bottom of this, because having to re-image the machine is not an acceptable solution to this problem.Basically, some number of machines in our fleet begin failing to sync with Intune after several weeks or synching without problems, and they contain the following type of entries in the IntuneManagementExtension.log file see bolded line:[LOG[[SendWebRequestInternal] Web Ex

  2. PC Suite Sync failing with 5230 (connection fine though)

Just tried it and no luck. I 'll try the same on a couple of the other Nokia files listed there.

As I mentioned above, other than the Sync window, all the other PC Suite functionality works fine communicating with the phone, so it would appear PC Suite is fine, but what ever Sync response the phone itself is supposed to return with is not happening.

Thanks for trying, keep the suggestions coming if you think of something else.

  3. Intune Hybrid Join, MDM „None"by AD Devices but by AAD Devies „Intune"

    Dear Microsoft Community,

Unfortunately we are having some issues with the Hybrid Join setup where we are not able to verify them.

The devices are joined from Active Directory Hybrid into Azure Active Directory and are stored there as such. We have the Education E5 license and therefore all permissions for Intune. Unfortunately, only devices with the Azure AD Joined join type are synced into Intune and for those Intune is entered as MDM, as we would like for all devices. But devices that are Hybrid Azure AD joined, can not be managed in Intune and as MDM is None. The MDM server URL is stored as it is in the documentation. We are currently trying to verify what it could be because we had built a test site and in this everything worked.

We suspect that it could be because Internet Explorer is globally disabled and therefore the URLs for the Intune Sync can not be called.

unfortunately I could not upload any screenshots. Therefore I briefly describe the components:

    • Azure Ad Connect is Activ ( no Erros )
    • Intune Connector is Activ ( no Errors )
    • MDM default settings in portal.azure ( no Errors )
    • Deployment Profile is activ ( Hybrid Azure AD joined )
    • Monitoring logs also just succeed, no mistake. But the AD devices are trying to sync because initially "Pending" is displayed.

      and then change to "None
I hope you can help me with this problem and thank you for your help.

Running a script in Intune to adjust VRAM failing

Hello all, good day to you!

We have an issue with a script we are running on devices via Intune. In the last 10 devices, 2 succeed, but the rest fail. And because of the way the status page works, it doesn't give any further info. So what I am hoping is I can share the script below and see if anyone has any suggestions to modify it. It used to work across the board, but recently this has been mostly failing. All it does is sets the virtual memory to 8192 MB is all.......

    $pagefileset = Get-WmiObject Win32_pagefilesetting

    $pagefileset.InitialSize = 8192

    $pagefileset.MaximumSize = 8192

    $pagefileset.Put() | Out-Null

Any thoughts on why this isn't working anymore? Just to reiterate we run this script from Intune to all devices via an Azure security group we use when building out a new laptop. Thanks folks!
