Windows 10: after share mobile hotspot whole computer no internet

this was my customer told me i only try on it ,it happen in latest window update pc window 10 pro 19044.1766 21H2the pc work normal without open the mobile hotspot .after open it whole pc could not get any internet accessbut the network icon didnt show any error on it,and the device which connect the hotspot it still able to use the internet this what i found -when hotspot open whole pc no internet access include whatapp program ,google chrom- ip unable ping -icon didnt change any error -once close the hotspot it work back normally -after open hotspot once connect anydevice only start cannot

Mobile Hotspot Not Sharing Internet

Ok, the problem isnt that i cant get connected. Internet works fine.

The problem is that when I share the internet using the inbuilt mobile hotspot feature all devices connected to the hotspot do NOT get internet even though the internet on the computer works fine.

I run windows 10 Anniversary edition with dual booted linux mint.

Until now the mobile hotspot button worked fine sharing my ethernet connection to all my connected devices.

Randomly it stopped working.

Now the hotspot turns on fine, ethernet works but no shared device gets internet access. I made no changes to my computer, it just stopped working.

To fix it I started a hotspot using cmd but even that doesnt share internet, i can connect to the hotspot in both cases and connected devices show up as well, only internet doesnt work.

Please help.
