Windows 10: After signing in on my laptop, if I try to click anything it will simply show the blue...

On top of only showing me the blue loading thing on the cursor, nothing else will work. I cannot run command prompts nor can I even access alt crtl delete and sign out. I have restarted and hard shut off my laptop multiple times and nothing is working. This started happening after I switched how many processors were working from 8 to 1 as I thought it would let me go back to seeing the full list of processors my laptop has. Not sure what to do. It won’t let me run a safe recovery boot up like letting it boot the computer back to the last uninstalled thing due to not having enough disk space D

Laptop won't show list of available networks

We suggest checking the list of available Wi-Fi networks on your laptop.

Please follow these steps:

• Click the Windows logo.
• Go to Settings (gear icon).
• Select Network and Internet.
• Then Wi-Fi.
• Make sure the Wi-Fi radio button is On.
• Select Show available networks, then you'll be able to see the list of available Wi-Fi networks.
